Kentucky is known for election rigging in the past and this makes me wonder what other counties here had certain people buy them votes ..???
Three Breathitt County men have pleaded guilty to being part of a conspiracy to buy votes in the 2010 primary election in the county.
Joseph Strong, 51, his brother George Daniel Strong, 53, and Richard L. Turner, 54, pleaded guilty Thursday to a conspiracy charge, according to a news release from U.S. Attorney Kerry B. Harvey.
